What you are looking at. One row per QuickBooks company this app has ever been connected to. A pairing says which HubSpot portal that company works with, which tier the pair belongs to, and whether the pair is on. Pairings set here are saved on the server and used everywhere: the Items page target, the worker's guards, invoice routing, owned sync.
Environment (the QuickBooks column) is Intuit's word: sandbox companies live on Intuit's sandbox API and never touch real books; production companies are real QuickBooks accounts, which includes the Staging company and the AP trials. It comes from the stored connection and cannot be changed here.
Tier is this app's word for how carefully a pair is treated: test pairs are free to write to; staging and prod pairs are refused by the Items page unless "Allow imports to production-tier companies" is on, and each tier can be paused on the Feature flags page (process_env_test / staging / prod).
Source: "code default" means the pairing comes from the registry and has never been changed here; "set here" means a saved pairing that overrides it. Reset returns a row to the code default.
HubSpot portals are named by what they are inside HubSpot: the "AP Test" portal is 51321043, the production portal is 47817909, the developer sandbox is 242843225. QuickBooks companies are named by their last three digits, the way the worklogs refer to them.
