How invoices move from HubSpot to QuickBooks

HubSpot is where the invoice starts.

QuickBooks is where shipping checks the invoice.

That means the invoice needs time to move from HubSpot to QuickBooks before shipping runs.

The simple rule:

1. Create or edit the invoice in HubSpot.
2. Wait for the HubSpot to QuickBooks sync.
3. Check QuickBooks before shipping.

If shipping runs too soon, it may see the older QuickBooks version of the invoice instead of the change you just made in HubSpot.
